In October we said a goodbye to our summer evening runs in Mote Park and hello to our winter routes and lots of autumn races.
On the 6th October Charlee, Clive, Mick and Neil all competed in the Ashford 10k and Charlee excelled with a PB. On the same day we had John C & Catherine running the Bournmouth 10K and Alan, Sarah, Liane, Suzanne and Nigel all competing in the Bournmoth Half marathon.
The following week saw Charlotte, accompanied by John M and Suzanne, completed her first 10k at Temple Ewell, an excellent run from Charlotte. Then came the Great South Run with Tim, Darren, Nigel, Suzanne and Liane all competing and having a fun time.
We have had members doing various Parkruns around the country each week and also had some great pictures of Mote Runners in their t shirts abroad; Mick in South Africa, Mark and Jeanie in Southern Italy and Alan in Portugal.
